I went on a busy weekend and was expecting to stand around forever, but the lift lines actually moved fast. Most of the time it was just a few minutes, and sometimes we got right on. Something about it just made the whole day feel way easier and more fun.

The massage itself was decent, but I left feeling a little disappointed. I had to wait quite a while, and the changing room felt messy and not very relaxing. It wasn’t terrible, but I kind of regret spending my time and money here when I was hoping for a better experience.

We had a really nice family weekend here. The kids absolutely loved the tubing and wanted to keep going back for more. The pool was fun too, though it did get a bit crowded at times. When we asked about quieter times, support basically said, “mornings are usually your best bet,” which was helpful. Overall, lots to do and a good spot for a family getaway.

I went to Horseshoe for a ski day it was kind of just okay. Some of the runs were groomed well, or at least they seemed that way at first, but a few spots felt icy earlier than I expected.

The lift lines weren’t too bad, which I appreciated, and maybe that made me enjoy it more than I would’ve otherwise. But the snow got choppy quickly, and I noticed a couple of hills with thin patches showing, so I kept wondering if I’d picked the wrong day to go.

I still had fun overall, so I don’t want to make it sound terrible. I’m just not totally sure it was worth the price with those conditions. I’d probably go again, but only if there was fresh snow in the forecast.

I had a small issue with my booking, and the staff sorted it out really quickly. They were super friendly about it and didn’t make it into some unnecessary hassle, which I really appreciated...

We stayed over the weekend, so the price was a little higher than I’d normally like, but it still felt worth it. The room was comfortable, the activities were fun, and booking was super straightforward with no random surprise fees tacked on. Compared to a few similar places we looked at, this one felt more upfront and better overall for the money. I’d definitely go again, especially if we can grab a deal

We had dinner at the resort restaurant, and overall it was a good experience. The staff were genuinely nice, and our server checked in on us a few times without making it feel overdone. I did notice things slowed down once the tables started filling up, so I’m guessing the kitchen just gets backed up during the busier stretch. The food took a bit longer than we were hoping, but once it arrived, everything was fine. I’d still eat there again, maybe just a little earlier next time.

The staff were really nice and treated us with real respect. Everyone was friendly, patient, and made the whole process easy, which feels like the right way to take care of people

I rented skis and boots here and was impressed. Everything was super clean and worked really well. The boots didn’t feel all worn out like they sometimes do at other rental spots, and when mine felt a bit tight, the staff swapped the size really quickly. The whole process was easy overall. I’d definitely rent from them again.

I ended up waiting a lot longer than expected just to check in. It made me wonder a bit about how well things are managed overall, it wasn’t the best first impression.

The pool was nice and I appreciated having it available. The gym, though, felt a little worn down and could use some care. Nothing was terrible, but for the price, it seems fair to expect the amenities to be kept up a bit better.

I stopped in for some food and drinks, and yeah, everything was good. The meal was tasty, the drinks were cold, and I didn’t really have anything to complain about. It was a nice, easy experience overall. Absolutely life-changing? Probably not. But also, I’d happily go back

I stayed at Horseshoe Resort for a quick trip, and the room was fine for the most part, but it didn’t feel as clean as I expected. The bed seemed clean, which was good, but there was dust on the table and a few hairs in the bathroom, so it kind of made the whole place feel like it hadn’t been fully checked.

The staff were friendly when we asked for extra towels, so that helped. Still, I didn’t feel all that cared for as a guest, more like I was just another ticket number to get through. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but it wasn’t great either...

I took a riding lesson here and learned a lot. The instructor was patient, easy to understand, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. The only downside was that it felt like we didn’t get quite as much time as expected, so I’m hoping they’ll maybe offer a little extra time or some kind of make-up for that. Overall, it was still a good experience...

Played a round here the other day with a couple friends, and I left a little disappointed. We had been looking forward to getting out since the weather was finally decent, and I even got there early to hit a few putts before our tee time. The course itself was in rough shape though. The fairways had a lot of bare patches, the greens were bumpy and slower than expected, and a few of the bunkers looked like they hadn’t been raked in quite a while. The staff we dealt with was nice enough and check-in was easy, but for what we paid, I expected the course to be maintained a lot better
